Cancellation and Refund Policy for Non-Emergency Transportation Services

This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for non-emergency transportation services provided by Sckander LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking and using our transportation services, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please refrain from booking our transportation services.
Cancellation by the Customer (a) Cancellation Prior to 120 Minutes: If you need to cancel your scheduled trip and provide notice to us at least 120 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time, we will provide a full refund of any payments made for the trip. (b) Last-Minute Cancellation (Within 120 Minutes): If you cancel your scheduled trip within 120 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee will apply. In such cases, you will be charged 100% of the trip cost as a cancellation fee, and no refund will be provided.
Cancellation by Sckander LLC (a) We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to vehicle unavailability, driver unavailability, or unsafe weather conditions. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund of any payments made for the trip. (b) We may also cancel a scheduled trip if we determine that the service request violates our terms and conditions or if it poses a safety risk to our drivers or other passengers. In such cases, we will provide a refund of any payments made for the trip, excluding any applicable cancellation fees.
Refunds (a) Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made within the specified timeframes as outlined in this Policy. (b) Refund Process: If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within a reasonable timeframe. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking. (c) Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as administrative fees or processing fees, may be non-refundable even if the trip is canceled within the allowed timeframe. These fees will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking.
Changes to Bookings (a) Changes Prior to 120 Minutes: If you need to make changes to your scheduled trip, such as modifying the pickup time or location, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request without any additional charges, provided that you notify us at least 120 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time. (b) Last-Minute Changes (Within 120 Minutes): Changes requested within 120 minutes of the scheduled pickup time may not be possible or may incur additional charges. We will assess the feasibility and any associated charges on a case-by-case basis.
